A massive accident on the shooting location of Kamal Haasan’s Bharateeyudu 2 killed three. A crane carrying some lighting equipment came down crashing on a canopy crushing the three. There were rumors that Director Shankar is grievously Injured and one of his legs got fractured.
But there is no update about it. Kamal Haasan now came to the rescue of those dead. The Universal Hero announced One Crore Rupees as Compensation for the families of the three technicians who lost their lives in the tragic accident.
As per a statement released by the makers of the movie Lyca Productions, the deceased were identified as assistant director Krishna (rumored to be close to Shankar), art assistant Chandran and production assistant Madhu. The entire team is in a state of gloom and as of now, they are not sure when the film will resume the shoot.
Both Kamal Haasan and Kajal Agarwal are said to be on the location when this mishap happened but they are said to be safe. A costume designer revealed that she, Kamal, and Kajal were just seconds away from getting crushed.
