Legendary actor Kamal Haasan, who is currently busy shooting for upcoming film Uttama Villain, will actually be essaying dual roles in it. He will playing an 8th century drama actor and a 21st century cinema superstar in the film, which is being directed by his close friend Ramesh Arvind. The film is currently being shot in Bangalore.
For the first time, Kamal has roped in both his mentors in cinema. K. Balachander and K. Vishwanath will be seen in two important roles in the film, which has story by Kamal. The film features three leading ladies – Andrea, Pooja Kumar and Parvathy Menon. While Andrea and Pooja will be Kamal’s love interests in the film, Parvathy will play the adopted daughter of actor Jayaram.
Uttama Villain is simultaneously being shot in Tamil, Kannada and Telugu. The film is expected to be completed in one long schedule and is likely to release in September.
