Kajal has finally got a stay order from the Madras High Court restricting an oil company from using an advertisement featuring her. The advertisement was shot way back in 2008 for the company by name VVD & Sons.
They didn’t renew the contract since then but have been using the advertisement featuring the actress. Hence, she had to approach the court and later her case was dismissed. Again, Kajal Aggarwal sought an interim stay on the orders of the justice in the Madras High Court.
Finally, the court gave the stay on using her promotional video by the above-mentioned oil company. Using an advertisement without renewing the contract is any way breach of the contract. If the court’s judgment comes in her favor, Kajal Aggarwal may get the huge sum for the violation of the contract by the company.
