Kabali had opened with record-breaking collections all over. In terms of gross, it is the second biggest opener in India and biggest ever worldwide. In terms of Nett (after deducting entertainment tax) Kabali is the biggest opener both in India and overseas. To make it even more simple Kabali with its weekend collections ($13 Million All territories included) itself is a hit in overseas.
The real test for the film and impact of the talk will be seen locally. In Hindi Kabali has to do 30 Cr + to be called a success, it’s half way there. In Telugu Kabali has collected 18 Cr + share for the weekend which is fantastic. However, it will have a tough time ahead based on the drop today to break even.
