As we have reported few days ago actor Jr NTR is planning to do a film with Harish Shankar again. The actor has apparently taken a keen liking to the director and his working style that he has assured that they will work for a new project as soon as possible. In fact the latest reports doing the rounds suggest the actor has even got a producer for this movie. And the producer is none other than Bandla Ganesh, the blockbuster producer who made Baadshah for him.
Bandla Ganesh earlier in the year was buzzing with lots of films to be made and producer was even heard to have stated that he would be making films with only A-listers, but post the twin disappointments of Baadshah and Iddarammayilatho, he has been put on backburner. The project with Ram Charan that was to be made in the direction of Koratala Siva had been cancelled however luckily for him as the actor was committed to him, he agreed for another movie which is the current production of Bandla Ganesh. Now with this second opportunity knocking his door in form of Jr NTR, the producer is more than happy to oblige.
Jr NTR as of now is busy with Rabhasa and is reported to have a Trivikram film confirmed in pipeline. But it is expected to start only in the final quarter of next year. Meanwhile Harish Shankar has no projects in hand currently that would go to sets immediately. There is this project will Allu Arjun but that is yet to get a green lighted. Naturally then a project in this combination could take off sooner than expected, sources say. Well looking at Jr NTR past track record, he did Andhrawala for the producers of Na Alludu, did Shakthi for director Meher Ramesh, do you think it’s a wise decision from him or will it complete a hat trick of failures.
