Puri Jagannadh directorial ‘ISM’ is coming soon but the extreme low buzz is a big concern for the makers right now. There is Jagapathi Babu to add up to the expectations but he couldn’t do that. Even Nandamuri Kalyan Ram’s six pack isn’t doing any magic as audiences least expect a six pack or flaunt his body from a hero like him.
When a film like NTR’s ‘Temper’ fared extremely well in the overseas, one would expect real good business for Puri’s upcoming movie ‘ISM’ as well. But there are ‘Loafer’ and ‘Jyothi Lakshmi’ which came after ‘Temper’ disappointed the trade big time and spoiling the tempo for Puri’s films.
The impact of these films can be clearly seen now in the case of ‘ISM’ business in overseas. The pre-release business for ‘ISM’ is anything but positive. Though the makers are expecting Rs.2 crores for overseas distribution rights, they are now offered only 50% of it as per the latest reports. Can Puri throw a surprise hit? We never know.
