The war continues. We are not talking about the war between Baahubali and Bhallaladeva but the real box-office collection war between two biggies, namely Rajamouli’s ‘Baahubali 2‘ and Aamir Khan’s ‘Dangal’.
Now, that’s not the end of the game. The makers of ‘Baahubali 2’ are also eyeing the Chinese market and are planning to release the film in as many theatres as possible in China. Bollywood trade pundits are sceptical about this move as the first part of Baahubali didn’t do well in China. The big difference here is Dangal’s story line matches the tastes of audience in China where as Baahubali can be seen as another VFX based film for them.
Let’s wait and see how the makers of ‘Baahubali 2’ plan their marketing strategy to keep their hold on the records. As of now makers are planning to release it in July.
