Is-Nayantara-the-most-succe

After Bapu’s Sri Ramarajyam, Nayantara decided to quit acting for good. But things took detour when she made a comeback with Krishnam Vande Jagatgurum. While that film Krish was not a commercially successful venture, but every film of hers since then has turned out to be a hit. From Arrambam to Raja Rani, including its Telugu version and even the recent Tamil film with Udhayanidhi Stalin, has turned out to be hits for her.

With back-to-back hits in her kitty, Nayantara has certainly raised the stakes for her young counterparts such as Tamannah, Kajal Agarwal and Samantha. What surprises everybody is that even with a series of hits, she has spiked her fee and still charges as much as she was before these hits. These hits have certainly put Nayan on the pedestal, drawing attention from all filmmakers to rope her in their project.

But Nayan has been concentrating a lot on Tamil lately. Her last straight Telugu film was Greeku Veerudu with Nagarjuna. Her fans are eagerly waiting for Anamika, the southern remake of Kahaani. If she scores a hit with Anamika, then that will be a record of sorts in her career.
