Mythri Movie Makers rose to be a respected production house within a short period. The first three movies with three big stars turned out to be the biggest hits for the respective heroes.
After those three, the next two with medium range stars turned out to be disasters at the box office. One thing that was common with these productions was reshoot. The makers gave a free hand to the directors to work on the product till their satisfaction. Unfortunately, it has only increased the cost and didn’t particularly help in any way.
One would assume the makers to learn from what has transpired from previous productions and be alert for the new film on sets. It turns out, they are not and going to allow re-shoots. This time it will be courtesy of the hero of the upcoming movie Dear Comrade. The buzz is that a portion of the flick will be reshot to the satisfaction of the hero. One hopes this convenience doesn’t make way to become a habit in future.
