But, we have our own apprehensions. It’s said that the team was inspired by Bollywood patriotic movie ‘URI’. URI is out-and-out, a very serious patriotic film. Anil Ravipudi makes films that bank on hilarious comedy setups despite weak storylines.
So, URI inspiration is a bit strange as the director is good at comedy. In Telugu films, including the most recent Allu Arjun’s ‘Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India’, films with military backdrop rarely worked. Hoping big time that Mahesh Babu will break this long-standing sentiment.
