Music director SS Thaman has delivered really big for ‘Ala Vaikumtapuramlo’ with two songs reaching the masses and fixing the roots very strong for the movie. Even if the rest of the album has average songs, it wouldn’t matter.
He lifted the movie to another level with ‘Samajavaragamana’ and ‘Ramuloo Ramulaa’. Both Allu Arjun and Trivikram can’t ask for more when he delivered a chartbuster that went into the roots and the second one seems to be going the same place.
This would reflect in the movie openings, as well. Now, here is Devi Sri Prasad on whom the pressure must be certainly increasing to deliver at least one chartbuster song on the same range as Allu Arjun’s song.
Mahesh Babu‘s ‘Sarileru Neekevvaru’ has to compete with Allu Arjun’s movie at every step as both of them are going clash at the box-office, this coming Sankranthi. Can DSP deliver at the same level as Thaman?
DSP is a senior music director, and he has many memorable albums to his credit. Nevertheless, he has been failing to impress the music lovers, lately. Anything not up to the level of Thaman’s scores will not impress Mahesh Babu’s fans. Let’s wait and see what’s in store for them.
