It is known that Mahesh Babu commenced shooting for SSMB28, a Trivikram directorial earlier this month. As M9.news had reported, the opening schedule was an action packed one with the unit setting out to shoot a heavy duty action sequence till the end of this month.
Incidentally, the team roped in KGF fight masters Anbu and Ariv to compose the action part in SSMB28. Mahesh even shot under the duo’s supervision.
But this is where things are learnt to have gone South. We are hearing that Trivikram and Mahesh is not happy with the output of the action sequences that are being shot and he has called off the shoot.
It was initially planned that the schedule will go on till the end of this month. But given the discontentment, it was called off on the 18th of this month itself.
It is heard that they are not pleased with the way the action part is turning up. As a result, the shoot is cancelled and there is a top level discussion on whether or not the KGF duo – Anbu Ariv should be continue or if someone else will have to be roped in.
Either way, SSMB28 shoot has been halted rather abruptly. With the film already announced for release next Summer, the unit will have to act quick as these unplanned delays can lead to alteration of release plans.
