Indian Woman To Head Key Department at Warner Bros.Indian-origin Parul Agrawal has been promoted to senior vice president and head of drama development at Warner Bros.

Parul, who graduated from Tisch School of the Arts, New York University, has developed popular shows such as All American, Batwoman, Black Lightning, Kung Fu, and Supergirl. She has also given her creative input in the upcoming Gotham Knights.

She has also been associated with Netflix’s Chilling Adventures of Sabrina and Maid and Hulu’s Castle Rock.

Warner Bros. Discovery recently announced that the company would be laying off 82 employees from the company. So the promotion of an Indian-origin Parul definitely is something to be proud of.

Agrawal originally joined Warner Bros. TV in 2010 and she rose to the position of vice president of drama development in 2019. Her previous credits include being the script coordinator for the well-regarded tv series Mad Men and VFX coordinator for DreamWorks Animation’s Blades of Glory, and Warner Bros.’ Superman Returns.
