In a shocking incident a 30-year old mother, Archana Kunnath jumped in front of a speeding train with her 3-year old daughter Shruti. By the evidence of the CCTV footage available, this attempt of Ms.Kunnath was declared as a pure incident of suicide. This incident happened on Wednesday in Harris Park Station in Sydney West.
While the mother was found dead on the tracks, the daughter was immediately shifted to hospital where the 3-year old is battling for life. The girl’s condition is critical but stable. The reasons for the suicide of Archana are unknown as of now. She hails from Kerala and was a teacher before she joined TCS.
According to the information available from the FB pages of her husband Sujith Vaikakkara and Archana Kunnath, the couple celebrated their fifth wedding anniversary just 4 days before the suicide.
