Pawan Kalyan is currently shooting for Ayyappanum Koshiyum remake. For the unversed, the original relied heavily on the histrionics of the lead characters – Biju Menon and Prudhviraj, which made the film realistic.
Unlike the original, the makers are giving importance to songs. Reportedly, Thaman is coming up with three songs – mass, melody and another one to be crooned by the actor himself. The move seems to be taken in the wake of the image problem of Pawan Kalyan as his films are dolled out with mass songs.
The fans of the original are hoping that the makers retain the sanctity of the original, hoping that songs don’t disrupt the flow. It is worth mentioning that the makers also gave doubts recently with the release of the BTS video.
The BTS video had only Pawan Kalyan glimpses, which added to the worries that the makers are deviating from the script and concentrating only on highlighting Pawan Kalyan. Meanwhile, the first single is said to be out on September 2 coinciding with Pawan Kalyan’s birthday.
