Known for his performances in films such as Ashta Chamma and Pilla Zamindar, A. Srinivas turns director with an upcoming yet-untitled Telugu comedy film, which is expected to go on floors soon.
The young actor, who entered films to become director, says he is more interested in going behind the camera than facing it. He says even though he enjoys acting, he prefers direction because he believes he make a difference with films.
However, he says he wouldn’t quit acting because he is an actor because of cinema, and therefore, he will never disregard his potential as an actor. He says he will continue acting every now and then.
