salman high court inside photoWhen the judges of High Court gave their verdict on the Salman Khan hit-and-run case of 2002, the country was shocked by the judgement. As for the victims themselves, they had mixed reactions on the acquittal of Salman Khan on all charges.

Mohammad Ayub, the son of Mohammad Aziz, a victim in the incident who suffered a fractured leg when he was sleeping on the footpath on the night of the incident responded saying that they were poor men and if the government who was fighting the case on their behalf does not want to punish Salman, what can they do? He feels that the government should appeal against the verdict in higher courts.

Another victim in the incident, Abdullah Shaikh, does not care about the verdict as such but he said “I forgive Salman but I want to know who actually killed my father,” He said he expects more compensation from the actor. He has no ill will towards the actor but he wants support for his family. Will Salman really care?
