Teja Sajja is two films old in the industry. Both his films escaped the OTT route and were released in theaters – Zombie Reddy after COVID first wave and Ishq after COVID second wave. But then, in his third film, Adbhutham is finally bitten by the OTT bug.
The movie is going to release on Disney+ Hotstar on the 19th of this month (tomorrow). Ahead of the release, M9.news caught up with Teja Sajja for small chitchat. The young actor says he is not disturbed by the fact Adbhutham is releasing on OTT.
“I don’t have a low feeling for the OTT. There are some films that should be watched only in theaters and there are some which will be made for OTT. So, I am not offended by Adbhutham’s release on Hotstar. In fact, a story like this is best suited for the OTT audience. Moreover, Hotstar is a very popular platform in India today,” Teja says.
“Adbhutham is a love story but there is an interesting element. What happens when a boy and girl have the same mobile number is the basic plot. How do they connect? How do they meet? and what happens later to them is the story. It is a big story. I am sure the audience will like it,” the young hero adds
