Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt disappointed big time with her latest release ‘Sadak 2’ with poor reviews pouring on the sequel for the 1991 blockbuster, ‘Sadak’. The movie is now streaming on the digital platform, Disney Hotstar.
‘Sadak 2‘ has got one-star rating mostly from the critics and it’s nothing better by the audiences on social media. The story is said to be too lack lustrous and even the performances weren’t noteworthy.
Alia Bhatt who was known for her subtle performances in many films like ‘Highway’, ‘Raazi’ etc. has disappointed big time with this latest release. Surprisingly, this happens to be her father Mahesh Bhatt’s directorial after a sabbatical of 20 years.
Looks like, the director lost his mojo with this gap and delivered this weak film and he couldn’t come up with a story that would highlight the acting prowess of an actress like Alia Bhatt. By the way, cancer ailing star Sanjay Dutt happens to be the protagonist of this movie.
