Rakesh Roshan, known for aggressive marketing strategies, is keen to grab Telugu and Tamil markets by releasing dubbing versions of Krrish-3 in South. Hrithik Roshan has huge fan following among youngsters. Dhoom-3 to be dubbed in Telugu and Tamil after Krrish, Dhoom-2 and Jodhaa Akbar.
It is planned to release in Kannada and Malayalm also after watching the audience response for the movie. “The dubbed versions of Krrish and Dhoom 2 received huge collections in Tamil and Telugu. When I made Krrish, I wanted every Indian to watch it. So, I got the film dubbed and it was a big hit. More over my son has huge fan following in South too,” Rakesh told media as part of promotional activity.
The movie is expected to release on November 1st in 5000 theaters across the World. Sources close to the development informed that Krrish 3 will see the widest domestic release, in 4,200 to 4,500 screens. Super-hero movies are pretty common in Hollywood. So, the number of screens abroad may not be very high. So, the release is confined to around 600 theaters in abroad.
