Samantha and Naga Chaitanya’s Divorce is official and the issue continues to dominate the media space across the country even though Samantha is not a Bollywood heroine. She has become famous across the country only with the recent, The Familyman 2 Web Series.
Samantha currently only has Shakuntalam in her kitty. The movie shooting has been completed but it involves extensive post-production work due to the VFX part. Gunasekhar is yet to announce the release date. The actress did not sign any other film in Telugu apart from that project.
In the hind sight, it comes as a big surprise about how the actress has shot for Shakuntalam. The divorce Issue seems to be piercing her heart from many months. It is not easy to shoot for the film and that too, the movie has been completed in record time.
Moreover, Shakuntalam is Samantha’s maiden Period film. It looks like she has nerves of steel. Not easy to hide the pain behind that makeup.
