In a small chat with media popular anchor Rashmi Gautam, the actress revealed some personal details about herself with us. A well-known member of the Telugu film industry, she gained fame with the much watched television show, Jabardasth.
However, things weren’t always so good for her. The actress, known for playing secondary characters or supporting roles in films, was often cheated by being cut out of her films.
“Some people narrated a good story and offered a good role. But when it came to shooting, they did something else and after the film’s release, my role was totally cut out. I was cheated many times,” said Rashmi. With the recently offered role in ‘Guntur Talkies’, the actress now hopes for better things in the industry and said, “now, I have learnt from my mistakes. I am not accepting whatever comes to me. If my role is short, it should be a highlight or a strong character to establish the story.”
