A Hollywood film by title ‘Warrior’ might soon be remade in South Indian languages Telugu and Tamil. This film is already remade in Hindi as ‘Brothers’ starring Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra in lead roles. Both these stars are playing estranged brothers who meet in a martial arts tournament.
The makers of the movie in Hindi are interested to remake the film yet again in Tamil and Telugu as they think the subject has universal appeal. Hindi remake of ‘Warriors’ is going to release this 14th August. So the makers suggest our South stars to watch the film and decide.
For Telugu the makers want Ram Charan and Rana Daggubati to watch the movie and in Tamil it’s Karthi, Suriya and Vikram. So it’s in the hands of our superstars to watch and decide whether to go for the remake. It’s interesting to see, Bollywood producers and directors showing sudden interest in Telugu movies. May be, Baahubali did the magic!
