Hit-–-Dull-Advances,-Heavily-Dependent-On-Talk--For-An-UpturnThis Friday will see again see the release of many movies. HIT starring Vishwak Sen is easily the most visible and promoted one. The others are Rahu and Dulquar Salman’s 25th Kanulu Kanulu Dochayante.

All three are dull when it comes to advance bookings. Hit is slightly better, but it is only compared to the other two. On its own, it is weak. Also, if we look only among Vishwak Sen movies (ignoring his debut), Ee Nagaraniki Emaindi and Falaknuma Das, HIT is the lowest.

The genre and release period can be seen as the reason for the low interest initially. There has been sufficient promotion, so that isn’t the biggest of the issues. Everything now depends on how well the final output is delivered and if the mystery clicks with the audience. If it does, there can be an upswing in the collections later in the day.

Sailesh Kolanu directs HIT. It is his debut, and so far from the available glimpses, he seems to have done a decent job. Vishwak Sen and Ruhani Sharma is the leads in the movie which also comprises of a good supporting cast. Vivek Sagar provides the music. Natural Star Nani presents Hit, which will hit the screens worldwide on February 28th.
