Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan’s RRR has created history at the prestigious Golden Globe Awards by winning the best song award. The winners were announced today and RRR’s Naatu Naatu won the best song – motion picture award.

RRR has created history as Naatu Naatu has emerged as the first Asian song to win the Golden Globes Award. No other film came even close to the same and RRR has made the nation proud.
RRR missed out on the Best International Film award as the same was won by Argentina 1985, from Argentina.
Rajamouli, Jr NTR, and Ram Charan all attended the Golden Globe today and they should be a happy lot now that RRR has won one of the two categories that it was nominated for.
Next up, RRR will look to amp up the Oscars campaign as this awards ceremony will be held on the 12th of March this year. The Golden Globe win should boost the campaign.
