Telangana Government and N-Convention made their arguments in the high court regarding N-Convention controversy. Telangana state Attorney General Rama Krishna Reddy stated to the court that there is no permissions for the convention constructed in 2010. Since there are no permissions, the management applied for regularization. AG also informed that court that the irregularities are found in the routine checks and does not come under detriment to normal justice as stated by the petitioner.

On the other side, N-Convention management stated the court there is no proper limits for Thummidikunta river and the construction does not fall in the buffer zone of the river. They also clarified that they have constructed the convention after obtaining necessary permissions from local authorities. They also said that the officials came for checking and marked as unauthorized with out proper notice. The high court had posted the case hearing to tomorrow again.

It is known that GHMC officials allege 3.12 acres of Thammidikunta river was encroached for the 6.69 acres convention which is owned by actor Nagarjuna. The municipal corporation officials have also said that the construction did not have permissions from GHMC and also Nagarjuna is not paying any tax for GHMC for the past 5 years.
