The first talk on this magnum opus may be out by evening if the release issues are sorted out. But if we keep the release mess aside, this movie is reeling under several heavy sentiments.
The first sentiment comes in the form of ‘Baahubali’. The film is heavily compared to Rajamouli’s magnum opus which already proved that it isn’t really good for the movie outside regional market of Vijay, i.e., keeping in view the pan-Indian audiences’ perspective.
The second one is more technical. The VFX works we’ve got to to see so far in trailers, aren’t to the standards publicised by the film’s creative team. Only the final version will let us know the reality. The third one is music. Devi Sri Prasad failed to create the magic needed for a fantasy drama like ‘Puli’.
The fourth one sentimentally and obviously is the director Chimbu Devan himself, who is having back to back flops recently. And one more sentiment is haunting ‘Puli and that makes for the fifth reason. Till date Shruti Haasan has no success in Kollywood though it is her mother tongue. Will she turn unlucky for ‘Puli’ even?
One can never say until one gets to see the final product. However, to be frank, the above mentioned sentiments are truly haunting the fans and let’s wish Puli will release today with roaring success.
