These days Samanta became a big question mark and sometimes she is leaving people wondering why she has become so unpredictable. She wants to make it big in Kollywood and her upcoming release ‘Anjaan’ is her big card to make mark there. Starring opposite superstar Surya is nothing short of a boon for actresses. She too has been very excited about her Tamil film. Suddenly she gave a big jolt to the makers of ‘Anjaan’ by not making to the audio launch of the film. Though she cited reasons like food poisoning, flight delay and baggage lost in transit, all seemed to be silly because so many reasons for not attending the function seems to be too filmy.
Her detractors are guessing the real reasons (?) behind Samanta’s absence in ‘Anjaan’ audio release. Sammy’s rumoured boyfriend Siddharth lashed out on the producer of his film ‘Jigarthanda’ for postponing the film to give way to record collections of Dhanush starrer VIP. And Siddharth’s anger pointed towards ‘Anjaan’ producers even. He guessed that his producer Kartikesan might even postpone his film because of another big release Anjaan, a big producer-director Linguswamy’s film starring one of the top heroes Surya. This might be the reason for Samanta indirectly venting anger on Anjaan. If this is the actual reason, then it is no less than a hasty suicidal step by Samanta who wants to make it big in Kollywood too.
