There was huge buzz till two months back regarding the next project of director Mani Ratnam. Many names were thrown around and then all of a sudden the buzz completely died down making many wonder if this project too is shelved.
However looks like things are back on track with Mani Ratnam developing clarity on what to do and whom to cast. It seems that Karthi will be part of the film for sure, as far as the rest of star cast goes it has been revamped.
Hero Nani from Telugu film industry was attached to this to project at one point. It is still not clear if he will be part of the film though. The film expected to roll from the end of January.
