Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja had nothing sort of a disaster in 2012. He had 4 releases in the year – Nippu, Daruvu, Devudu Chesina Manushulu, Sarocharu but all of them turned huge duds at the box office. And now Ravi Teja had pinned high hopes on his next movie, Balupu. Gopichand Mallineni had earlier delivered a hit to Ravi Teja in the form of Don Seenu and hopes to repeat the feat once again.
In an interview to a popular Newspaper he said,” Ravi Teja is some one I adore from my childhood. He is my icon and I am lucky to have got him for my first movie. It’s an amazing feeling to direct an actor whom you’ve always adored. With Balupu, Ravi Teja will be back to doing what he does best. People will be thrilled to see him in his power-packed role.”
