Mega hero Varun Tej is gearing up for his sports drama Ghani. The film was supposed to have a release last year, July 2020. But like many other films it fell victim to the pandemic resulting in delay.
Ghani again was announced thrice this year. It was announced for July but then again shifted to November. And with Akhanda arriving on December 2, Ghani made moved to December 24 release.
However, it is now rumoured that Ghani will again be moving out of December. Not once or twice, but looks like Mega hero Varun Tej’s Ghani has fallen victim to the series of postponements. Repetitive postponements is likely to make the film lose its steam.
It is learnt that Ghani now has plans to arrive on January 26, 2022. However an official word is awaited. Meanwhile, the coming year is already jam-packed with many big-ticket films in the lineup for release. So to again find a suitable date is tough for the makers. Despite having a meaty content going by its teaser, Varun Tej who pinned high expectations on this flick is losing out perfect release date only with sheer bad luck.
