Bubbly actress Genelia D’Souza is seen these days playing the role of a supporting and encouraging wife while her husband Ritesh Deshmukh is busy ensuring a smooth run for his team in an upcoming celebrity sport tournament. Incidentally, Genelia is also going to be seen as a brand ambassador of Deshmukh’s team and she seems to be excited about the fact.
Talking about the same, Genelia said, “Cricket is a religion in India, much like Bollywood. The two are incomplete without each other. It’s as if they are in a marriage of sorts,” she says. However, if made to choose, Genelia would always go for her own profession. “I can’t imagine being away from films. That is definitely my first love,” she adds.
