Geetha Govindam Not About Virgin

Geetha Govindam Not About Virgin -Director ParasuramVijay Deverakonda promoted ‘Geetha Govindam’ in a unique way, trying to keep himself away from his bold and unruly image from ‘Arjun Reddy’. He used the ‘virginity’ card in the initial days of the promotion to create an impact on the character he was playing in ‘Geetha mGovindam’.

Giving a clarity on the same, director Parasuram told that his film isn’t about ‘virginity’ talk at all. He wants the audiences to come out of Vijay Deverakonda’s bold image that they had seen in ‘Arjun Reddy’ and prepare the audiences for the clean image of Vijay. The virgin talk is only to connect with the chaste character and this talk isn’t there in the film, at all.

There is a craze among the youth surrounding Vijay Deverakonda after his intense portrayal of ‘Arjun Reddy’. Parasuram says that the unruly craze on Vijay will turn into pure love after watching ‘Geetha Govindam’. He promises that it’s going to be an entirely new character for Vijay that audiences can connect big time. Going by the promos, the female lead Rashmika Mandanna’s role seems to be as interesting as Vijay’s role.
