Sai Pallavi’s recent theatrical outing Gargi received a fair bit of critical acclaim. It didn’t necessarily go big at the box office but did manage to impress the critics and a section of the audience.
Gargi is now headed for its OTT premieres and here’s an interesting update on the same.
Gargi has sealed 12th August as its official OTT release date. The film will be made available for streaming from the mentioned date on Sony Liv.
Sony Liv has also dropped the official OTT exclusive trailer for Gargi and it sets the stage for the arrival of the film on the OTT platform.
Gargi has Sai Pallavi and Kaali Venkat in the central roles. Aishwarya Lakshmi and RS Shivaji play other supporting roles. The film is directed by Gautham Ramachandran.
Gargi is better suited for OTT viewing and it has the potential to strike a chord with the larger section of the OTT audience.
