As a part of their 2022-23 slate announcement, Amazon Prime Video India announced that more than 30 original and returning titles will be premiering on the streaming giant in the coming few months.
Apart from the original titles, Amazon Prime is also coming up with some popular shows returning for another installment. These include Breathe Season 3, Four More Shots Please, Comicstaan, Made in Heaven 2, Mumbai Diaries 2, Panchayat 2, and Paatal Lok 2.
But the most interesting ones among those announced are The Family Man Season 3 and Mirzapur Season 3.
The Family Man series happens to be one of the most successful shows on Indian streaming platforms. Starring the super talented Manoj Bajpayee, Sharib Hashmi, Sharad Kelkar, and Priyamani, the espionage action thriller opened to rave reviews from the audience. Samantha Akkineni was an added attraction in season 2, which took the series by storm. Chellam sir is another character that got everyone hooked on the series.
Another web series that became extremely popular even in dubbed languages like Telugu was the Mirzapur series. From a stellar star cast to razor-sharp dialogues and an exciting plot, this series made everyone go crazy.
Season 3 of both these series is being waited with bated breath by the audience. It would be a challenging task for the makers to match up to the hype and expectations.
