Just one year back, there were many write-ups and fans wars online regarding the ‘star’ who will carry the Mega legacy forward. There was strong support for Stylish Star Allu Arjun as he was racing ahead with back to back successful films. Ram Charan, on the other hand, had lots of criticism. The debate between them is settled after the individual stars summer outings.
We are going to enter the final quarter of the year in a few days. The same debate which was earlier between Ram Charan and Allu Arjun has changed, and now people are comparing the latter with Vijay Deverakonda. One can make a strong case for that in the US, but rest assured that is far from reality in the Telugu states.
The point here is not the comparison but rather what is making people bring that in the first place. If one thinks calmly for a moment, it will strike immediately that the lack of film is giving wings to all the talk. Allu Arjun working on a movie would have put his marketing machinery to use keeping the fans occupied and cinema lovers excited. The discussion wouldn’t have arisen in the first place.
The lack of announcement and movie in place is seen as a weakness. While, it is agreed that, the Stylish Star needs a genuine blockbuster movie soon, but, it is never a guaranteed thing. One cannot manufacture or plan a blockbuster, they happen, most of the times. Unless of course a Baahubali is proposed which is not the case here? To wait for that perfect script seems a waste of time and only increases pressure to deliver. Here’s hoping Allu Arjun quickly moves to a project and makes the fans happy.
