Actress Priyamani, after stealing Hindi audience attention with the acclaimed web series, The Family Man, is all set for Telugu OTT debut. She will be making her debut with the home-cooked thriller,Bhamakalapam which is set to stream on regional platform Aha Video, which is presenting their original series.
In this regard, Aha unveiled the first look poster of Priyamani which shows her in a homemaker avatar where she is projected as Goddess Durga holding so many household things – from a broom to kitchen matchet to poor bell among other things.
Priyamani is portrayed as Anupama where she dons many hats from playing housewife to a curious neighbour to pushy wife. The web series is billed as ‘home cooked thriller. Bhamakalapam is directed by Abhimanyu Tadimeti, while the showrunner is Bharat Kamma, the director of Dear Comrade. Aha has dubbed it as fascinated comedy-thriller while the premiere date is yet to be announced.
It is worth mentioning that Priyamani, who was away from the Telugu audience, made a good comeback with Narappa. Her next Telugu release will be Virata Parvam which stars Rana Daggubati.
