In the two Telugu States, Vijay Antony rose to fame with just one film ‘Bichagadu’. The unique concept of the film combined with mother sentiment did wonders for the movie and the actor established himself big way.
But, ‘Bethaludu’ didn’t live up to those expectations as it didn’t have any unique concept like Vijay Antony’s earlier movies. The hero missed it this time. This is probably the first time he missed this uniqueness but this mistake might prove a costly one. ‘Bethaludu‘ turned out to be pretty much predictable premise which is done before.
Even recently, we have seen Dhanush’s movie ‘Anekudu’ with a similar concept. That means, unlike ‘Bichagadu’, ‘Bethaludu’ isn’t a fresh subject and so Vijay Antony loses his mark this time. With poor rating coming from all over, we must wait and see how the film will fare at the box-office.
