The long pending sequel of Kamal Haasan’s ‘Vishwaroopam’ is in nowhere getting ready for release as the film still needs six months of post-production work to be done. But, the producer of this movie Aascar Ravichandran is busy with other projects.
Kamal Haasan said, “This is a film, not a vegetable stall.” This comparison is brought about because the producer wants to cut the budget of the film. Though Kamal Haasan is ready to sacrifice his remuneration, he can’t do the same with the remunerations of the other cast and the crew of the film.
This film is one more business venture for the producer unlike the cast and crew who are eager to work for the release but they need to be paid to work on the remaining portions. Kamal threw a satire saying that the producer is busy buying the distribution rights of other films but has no money to complete this film.
