Akkineni clan hero Sushanth started his career almost 15 years ago but has been delivering flops and more flops at the box office. Many in the trade circles say that if not for his family connections, he would have gone home by this time.
After witnessing rejection as the hero, Sushanth even shifted to side hero roles like the one in Trivikram’s 2020 blockbuster, Ala Vaikuntapurramloo. But he was the only actor who went unnoticed in AVPL. Sadly, the film’s blockbuster success also didn’t help his career in any way.
Sushanth has now shifted his career toward the digital space. Reportedly, he is doing a web series for the OTT platform, Zee5. Titled Maa Neella Tank, the series is all set for premieres on July 15th.
Zee5 has been delivering some decent web series in the recent past. So it will be interesting to see if this web series provides some mileage to the sinking career of Sushanth.
