Like every year, Forbes top 100 celebrities list calculated in terms of earnings and fame has been released and we feel happy to see South Indians finding place in all India rank. With 51 crore earnings he secured 14th rank and fame wise, Mahesh ranks 88. And the cumulative rank of Mahesh kept him in the 30th position in the Forbes-2014 list.
Director Murugadoss has a better ranking in the terms of earnings (17), hence his cumulative rank in the list placed him in 39th position followed by Tamil star hero Vijay in the 41st position. Ajith who is a tough competitor for Vijay in Kollywood stood at 51st position.
When we have closer look at the cumulative ranks, Mahesh Babu topped the South Indians list (30) because of his earnings which majorly can be credited to his big brand endorsements. However fame-wise, Vijay enjoys a better rank (80) than Mahesh (88).
