There has been a professional rivalry between the top 4 senior actors in the industry. Just like Mega vs. Nandamuri, Akkineni vs. Daggubati clashes have also been quite toxic.
The last decade was going very dull for Akkineni fans as Manam was the only film that could register an impact. The film crossed a share of around 79 crores which was unimaginable for senior heroes in those times. This created a lot of insecurity among Nagarjuna fans as Nag was giving films like Officer with zero share collections in those days.
The success of F3 now has again irked the Akkineni fans, and they are trying to pull down the film. They are making comparisons between collections of F3 in some remote areas with that of Bangarraju.
But many in the trade feel that Venkatesh has marched much ahead of Nagarjuna in terms of stardom in the second innings of their career.
