This Vinayaka Chavithi weekend is promising to be an eventful and exciting one for Telugu OTT audience. A couple of movies and a couple of series’, with the most prominent title being Tuck Jagadish are gearing up for premieres on the 10th September, marking the auspicious occasion of Vinayaka Chavithi.
Tuck Jagadish, an action drama starring Nani in the central role is skipping theatrical release and premiering directly on Amazon Prime Video.
Telugu-only OTT platform, Aha Video has lined up two web series’, namely The Baker and The Beauty and Maha Ganesha.
The Baker and The Beauty is billed to be a slice of life drama series. It stars Ek Mini Katha fame Santhosh Shobhan in the lead role. On a related note, Aha will foray into kids entertainment entertainment section with Maha Ganesh, its first animated original.
NET, a suspense drama starring Rahul Ramakrishna and Avika Gor in the lead roles is premiering on ZEE5, this Vinayaka Chavithi.
While all the attention will obviously be on Tuck Jagadish, it remains to be seen if the other releases can also strike a chord with Telugu OTT audiences.
