The grand pre-release event of Ghani was held in Vizag today. Icon Star Allu Arjun was the chief guest along with Minister Avanthi Srinivas of the Andhra Pradesh government. Most of the cast and crew of Ghani made it to the event, which included Varun Tej and Saiee Manjrekar.
Speaking at the event, Kiran Korrapati thanked everyone for helping him realize his dream of becoming a director. He especially thanked Varun Tej and praised him for his hard work. He promised that Ghani would satisfy the audience.
Sidhu Mudda and Allu Bobby jointly produce Ghani. While Allu Bobby did not speak much, Sidhu thanked many for allowing him to turn producer, particularly Varun Tej and Allu Arjun. He said that the subject would find appreciation among the audience.
A special guest at the event, Harish Shankar, praised Varun Tej for his dedication and wished the team a grand success. Avanthi Srinivas wished Allu Aravind would set up a film institute in Vizag to find young talents.
Allu Aravind said that he had seen the struggle of the producers while making the movie. Ghani has survived two pandemic waves and is finally hitting the cinemas. Its release is a big achievement, said the star producer, who praised Varun Tej and Allu Arjun to skies. He said he would like to make a KGF like movie with Varun Tej.
Varun Tej said that Pawan Kalyan’s Tammudu was the inspiration for making Ghani. It is a labour of love, a movie to be proud of, according to the F2 star.
And lastly, Icon Star Allu Arjun thanked everyone in his usual chirpy style. He said that he had seen the movie and liked it. He further assured that everyone would like it, as well.
Ghani hits cinemas all over on April 8th. S Thaman provides the music. Upendra, Sunil Shetty, Jagapathi Babu, Naveen Chandra and Nadhiya play crucial roles in the boxing drama.
