Director Shankar did it for ‘Enthiran’ and now repeated for ‘2.0’.

He shot a stunt sequence on the busy streets of Saligramam leading to traffic jam and confusion among the commuters. A bomb blast on a moving car was also shot during the shoot. People were left shocked and immediately complained to police on the ruckus.

Shooting such a kind of scenes in busy streets may give authenticity to the scenes when watched on big screen but causing inconvenience and causing traffic jams isn’t something one would expect from a director like Shankar.
