Usually, we don’t see film celebrities taking an anti-government stance for the reasons well-known to all of us. But, director Deva Katta of ‘Prasthanam’ fame took a bold step with anti-CM stance.
He shared a tweet along with a video showing doctors of Gandhi Hospital protesting against the government for not testing them for Coronavirus. It’s the doctors and the medical staff who have been facing the threat working with the corona positive patients and there is every reason to fear that they might be infected.
The videos and tweets showing the doctors’ protesting against the government are all over the media, especially, on the social media platforms. Doctors are demanding the central government to interfere and show that doctors’ lives are valuable.
Deva Katta wrote, “This is the ground reality as of now,” along with one of the protest video. This is the first tweet from a Tollywood celebrity going against the State Government demanding answers for the present situation.
