‘Sanghamaitra’ was announced in a grand manner and the first looks of the film were revealed in the Cannes Film Festival raising the curiosity levels across the country as it was said to be bigger than Baahubali. But then, Shruti Haasan walked out of the project and Disha Patani replaced the Haasan girl.
There is no update on this film, since long and no one knows when this film will go on to the sets. Nevertheless, Disha Patani‘s name was attached to the movie and obviously, people will ask her about the movie and about replacing Shruti Haasan. ‘The ‘Baaghi 2’ girl answer was nothing but diplomatic.
She said humbly that she was no one to replace Shruti Haasan and she didn’t know anything about the project pertaining to replacing Shruti. That means, the makers approached her for the lead role and she accepted. Disha reminds us that she is a newcomer who is only a few films old and Shruti Haasan is much experienced than her. Well, Disha is diplomatic to the level best. What say?
