Dil Raju in 2013 had totally relied on big films to do the trick for him. While Seethamma Vaakitlo Sirimalle Chettu is a good success, Ramayya Vasthavayya ended up as big failure and his other movie, Yevadu could not even release for umpteen reasons. So, the ace producer had decided to revamp his strategy in the next year. He vowed to try his luck with story oriented small movies in 2014 and be back to winning ways. Only Allu Arjun’s next directed by Gopichand Malineni may be the big movie in his hand next year.
His other movies lined up for 2014 are:
1. Kalasi Unte Kaladu Sukham – directed by Venu Sriram (who directed ‘O My Friend’)
2. Tullintha – directed by Saikiran Adivi (who directed ‘Vinayakdu’)
3. Lover – directed by Vasu Varma (who directed ‘Josh’)
Interestingly, Venu Sriram and Vasu Varma are from Dil Raju’s school itself and they have bitter failures in their maiden ventures. Lets see how they end up in 2014!
