The motion poster of Superstar Rajinikanth’s 168th movie is out announcing the title of the movie ‘Annatthe’ which means ‘Big Brother’. So, it’s obvious that the title of the Telugu dubbing version will be different as ‘Annaatthe’ isn’t a common word that can be used both in Tamil and Telugu.
Usually, Rajinikanth’s movie titles have been the same in both Tamil and Telugu in the recent past. ‘Darbar’, ‘Kabali’, ‘Kaala’, ‘Petta’ etc. are the names of Rajini’s films that were the same in Telugu and Tamil.
Coming to Rajinikanth’s movies, his last release ‘darbar’ with AR Murugadoss didn’t work at the box-office. The superstar has been doing back-to-back films but the directors couldn’t make use of his stardom properly and deliver a solid blockbuster.
‘Annaatthe’ has an ensemble star cast is helmed by Siva, and we should wait and see how he would present the superstar. Rajini’s fans are waiting to see him in an entertaining role that would remind us of vintage Rajini in full swing.
