Gautham Menon wanted to make one more cop saga titiled ‘Dhruva Natchathiram’ with actor Suriya playing the main lead. But things work out and there had been issues related to delay in completing the script from the director’s side and hence Suriya dropped himself from the project.
The latest news about Goutham Menon’s yet to begin cop saga is its revival. According to the merging reports, Jayam Ravi will be playing the role of the cop and discussions are on the project which might probably take off after the director and actor complete their respective movies they are presently busy with.
After the success of his latest movie ‘Thani Oruvan’, Jayam Ravi is in good form and he might suit the bill very well in the place of Suriya who has created a brand for himself with ‘Singham’ series and prior to that with ‘Khakha Khakha’ directed by Goutham Menon. Nothing is official yet regarding Jayam Ravi reprising the role.
